Perched on a hillock at the foot of the Kodai Hills, adjacent to Jayaraj Annapackiam College for Women (Autonomous) — the only aided autonomous women's college in Theni District, Tamil Nadu — the training college is managed by the Sisters of St. Anne of Tiruchirappalli and is situated in a sprawling area of lush green surroundings.
The materialization of this institution on 2nd January 2006, under the patronage of the Superior General Rev. Sr. Edwige, is an answer to the aspirations and expectations of the local communities, who can ill afford the luxury of urban education.
